Online Reputation Manager

This is a digital marketing position with emphasis in and responsibility for SEO, content marketing and online reputation management. You will be the in-house strategic and tactical expert for these types of digital efforts, supporting and collaborating with Marketing Communications, Direct Sales and Product Marketing. As ORM Manager, you will be responsible for managing tactical SEO programs to support our online reputation and organic search results. You will also be developing analysis of such programs to aid in optimization of our overall content marketing strategy in support of our greater SEO strategy.



  • Manage an overarching organic SEO and online reputation management strategy that is supported by a robust content marketing strategy
  • In house expert on technical SEO strategy including back end SEO, on page SEO, site audits, keyword research, link analysis & acquisition, etc. and work with the appropriate teams to ensure sites are SEO compliant
  • Identify opportunities to optimize online reputation on key platforms such as Amazon, Quora, Yahoo, Google etc. Manage reviews and build company's online reputation through strategic initiatives
  • Analyze SEO results and manage reporting against KPIs that will aid in optimizing SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Create and promote SEO optimized content of various forms (ie. blogs, articles, social media, images, videos, etc.)
  • Partner with and provide direction to MarCom & Product Marketing on content marketing strategy & tactics to ensure content supports overall SEO strategy
  • Provide clear, strategic direction to the creative services team to develop graphic elements related to SEO initiatives
  • Prioritize staying up to date in the top trends in SEO and organic online reputation management

Job Requirements


  • Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in an extremely fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; creative PPT or Keynote skills desired
  • Copywriting experience
  • Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing trends
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS systems such as WordPress


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5 years’ work experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on hands-on SEO, online reputation management, and content marketing
  • Ability to work in a matrix management organization and to effectively take direction from and collaborate with peers
