About The Job:

The Producer manages and executes production of filmed content/photography. Hands-on management of every facet of the production process from briefing, talent procurement, establishing timelines, preparation of pre-production, cost management, to final delivery. You will be responsible for the creation of in-house video content such as how-to videos, recipe videos, social media content, and web content. The candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and creative team from ideation to post production.

Scope Of Work:

  • Taking briefs from stakeholders (usually Social Media, Customer Care, Creative team)
  • Developing of video production briefs for vendors, and working with creatives on concepts
  • Costing of production to show the total amount of funds required
  • Scriptwriting and directing the video production team
  • Production budget management, scheduling and the day-to-day aspects of production such as the hiring of freelance crews and equipment, location scouting and casting
  • Quality control of content including scripts and videos
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Managing the production to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget
  • Management and supervision of both in-house and outsourced productions to ensure they are completed on schedule and within the budget
  • Help with talent contracts, PPM, communication with all involved parties
  • Plans and hosts regular status meetings for projects as needed

You should possess these qualities:

  • 2 to 3 years of production experience from production house preferred
  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate in team projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good in multi-tasking of jobs
  • Ability to maintain a consistent, can-do attitude in the face of many challenges
  • Exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Good exposure to various film and video production entities such as film and video production and post production companies, as well as advertising agencies.
  • Possess strong network of freelance crew as well as film and video production suppliers
  • In-depth understanding of film and video production processes
  • Good understanding of budget management
  • Good planning and team management skills
  • Maintain film, video and media inventory
  • Resourceful, able to hit the ground running
