About the Position :
The Social Media Specialist will collaborate with the social media team in the corporate office to design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
1. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
2. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
3. Manage customer feedback on social media that is aligned with the business objectives.
4. Generate, edit, publish and share creative responses for customer queries.
5. Oversee customer feedback on all social media assets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube)
6. Monitor web traffic metrics through various measurement tools (Hootsuite)
7. Stay up to date with social media trends, design tools and applications
8. Maintain high standards of customer support
1. Proven work experience as a social media manager
2. Hands on experience in customer support on social media
3. Excellent writing skills
4. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword search and other social media management tools
5. Excellent communications skills
6. Analytical and multi-tasking
7. Able to work in shifts
