As Rotimatic hits shores of US and Singapore, we are looking to deliver the “Rotimatic experience” to a wider audience. For this reason we are looking to team up with sales rockstars who would be our “Experts on demand”  in delivering a first class experience to our consumers.

Position Summary:

The brand Ambassador will be responsible for conducting in house Rotimatic demonstrations. He/she will be the first point of contact for most customers so it is important that they are inviting and have brilliant product knowledge to confidently answer any questions the customers may have regarding the product. He/she should be a high energy, enthusiastic, people person with a knack for sales. The brand ambassador must excel in captivating an audience during in-house events, with an emphasis on product awareness.


  • Positively represent the brand while conducting product demonstrations.
  • Generate brand awareness and product impressions to increase sales.
  • Engage with consumers to educate them about Rotimatic.
  • Exhibit a superior level of customer service.
  • Positively represent the brand while conducting product demonstrations.
  • Actively participate in events which will occur on weekday evenings and weekends.


  • Natural people person; excellent communicator.
  • Ability to think on your feet and quickly troubleshoot problems.
  • Prior experience in conducting demos and events
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in B2C sales would be preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling is essential, with majority of work during weekday evenings and weekends full days.
  • This would be a short contract for 3 months.
