Logistics Executive

About the position:

Logistics Senior Executive/Executive will work hand in hand with our Customer Service Manager to manage all tasks related to Order Management, Customer Fulfillment, Warehousing & Logistics and RMA. You will be an integral part of Service Operations team in defining and creating the structure to ensure we always meet the standards of Order Management and Customer Fulfillment. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, experience options parts of the business rapidly and have the opportunity to highlight your unique talents and skills to grow along with Zimplistic.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Fulfillment

  • Trigger consignment pickup from factory to designated location
  • Ensure fulfillment order created and delivered to end customer on time
  • Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics team for delivery order proof (POD)
  • Follow through each case to closure at the speediest time possible.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse operation and transporter to resolve and communicate service issues
  • Follow up with service providers and their management on open issues, tasks, and corrective actions. 
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to make delivery arrangement and expediting delivery for urgent requirements

2. Warehousing

  • Control and Monitor Warehouses and Stock Movement of Materials
  • Ensure accurate inventory in designated warehouse and initiate for cycle count, monthly/ quarterly inventory counts and annual stock take
  • Report warehouse and inventory discrepancies to managers
  • Manage the warehouse vendors and operations
  • Planning with Production and Repair Team for product and inventory availability
  • Supports post and pre Sales to have sufficient inventory to meet customer’s requirements and on logistics cost/capability.

3. After-Sales Services/Reverse Logistics

  • Escalation of RMA Issues in line with warranty clause
  • Coordinate the collection of defect units, replacement, and send to diagnostic & repair center for issue resolution
  • Manage proper documentation related to RMA

4. Reporting  

  • Order Management, Customer Fulfilment, Warehousing, Logistics SLA, RMA and refunds
  • Gathering, compiling and updating of statistics and data for monitoring product and service performances.
  • Audit logistics changes, verify, prepare reports and distribute performance results.
  • Review monthly performances to ensure compliance in accordance to our service level to our customers

5.  Operations

  • Coordinate systems implementation, processes and policies to support the Logistics activities.
  • Ensure non disruption of Zimplistic Logistics services
  • Monitor and measurement of service providers’ performance, capability, cost etc., and follow up with service improvements
  • Streamline the operations with best practices 

Requirements

  • Min 3 - 5  years of experience with Diploma/Degree majoring in Business studies, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent Writing and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint & Visio), Google Drive etc.
  • Committed, analytical, focus and customer oriented
  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service to internal & external customers and to be pro-active in resolving their concerns
